By downloading or using the FivePhase app ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

FivePhase is a tracking tool, not a healthcare provider. The App and its features, including fasting timers, weight tracking, analytics, and automated "Coaching" roadmaps, are provided for informational and self-monitoring purposes only.

Any "Coaching," "Roadmaps," or "Protocols" provided by the App are generated by automated algorithms based on general fasting principles. They do not constitute personalized medical, dietary, or professional coaching advice. You should always consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting regimen, diet, or making changes to your health routines. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by the App. Use of the App is solely at your own risk.

2. Apple HealthKit Integration

The App integrates with Apple's HealthKit framework to synchronize your health data (such as Resting Heart Rate, Sleep Duration, and Weight). You have full control over this data and can manage or revoke permissions directly within the iOS Health app. Your use of HealthKit data through the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Purchases and Lifetime Unlocks

FivePhase offers premium features available via an in-app purchase (a lifetime unlock).

• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Apple. We do not handle your billing information.
• Refunds: Because transactions are processed through Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple App Store Customer Support.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. The App is designed to store your personal and health data locally on your device. For detailed information on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, extract the source code, or translate the App into other languages.

6. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FivePhase and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or personal injury damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. Furthermore, you acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
