How do I manage or revoke Apple Health permissions?

FivePhase integrates with Apple's HealthKit to synchronize your health data like Resting Heart Rate, Sleep Duration, and Weight. You have full control over this data and can manage or revoke permissions directly within the iOS Health app. Open the Health app, go to your Profile > Apps > FivePhase, and adjust your preferences to revoke access.

Is my fasting and health data safe?

Yes. FivePhase is designed to function primarily offline, meaning all of your fasting records, progress data, and manual weight entries are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or process this core app data on any external servers owned by us.

How do I request a refund for my lifetime unlock?

Because all payments are securely processed by Apple, we do not handle your billing information and cannot issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple App Store Customer Support. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

Because your fasting and weight data is stored exclusively on your device, it is retained for as long as you keep the App installed. You can permanently delete all your FivePhase data at any time by deleting the App from your device. You may also manage and delete data synced to Apple Health directly within the Apple Health app.

Can I change my coaching goal or experience level later?

Yes! You can change your primary goal or experience level at any time in the Settings tab. FivePhase automatically saves your progress for each specific goal. If you switch from "Lose Weight" to "Gut Health," you will start a fresh roadmap. If you ever switch back, your previous progress and milestones will be waiting for you exactly where you left off.
